Villa Ocearn is owned by PT Reef & Roo Developments. This website provides information about the villa and how to enquire. It is not an online booking system.

Bookings

Stays can be booked through Airbnb or Booking.com, or arranged directly by enquiry. Bookings made on those platforms are subject to the platform's own terms, pricing, payment, cancellation and refund policies. Direct bookings are confirmed only in writing by us, and any additional terms (rates, deposit, cancellation, house rules) will be provided at that time.

Sale enquiries

Information about the villa being available for sale is an invitation to enquire, not an offer. Any sale is subject to a signed agreement, due diligence and legal review. Leasehold terms and property documents are available on request.
